ABOUT US
OUR BACKGROUND
For over 30 years, Peggy McHale and Sandi Webster have spoken and delivered workshops and seminars to corporations and entrepreneurs at large conferences and small sessions. In Pandi, they can now utilize their previous marketing and analytics careers to curate a learning organization geared towards corporate leaders and entrepreneurs.
As successful serial entrepreneurs, they are passionate about sharing the learnings acquired in their extensive Fortune 500 management experiences with almost twenty years of creating, scaling, selling and transitioning their marketing and data science consulting firm to a private equity fund in 2016. The result is a personalized and relatable keynote address or a personalized workshop session.
Peggy and Sandi are co-authors of “Black and White Strike Gold," which is a book of tips for small business owners. They have served on both non-profit and for-profit boards, placing them in a unique position to understand the needs of both the board members and the business owner. Peggy's strategic vision and Sandi's strong operations background allow them to speak directly to the needs of people who want knowledge to be better leaders, managers and employees.
Giving back is a part of everything that they do – from breast cancer walks to participating in mentoring programs for youth and women entrepreneurs. These dynamic professionals combine their brand of New York “tell-it-like-it-is” with their “we-understand both sides” consulting experiences to give material that are useful and will be used immediately after listening to them.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Peggy and Sandi have created and delivered over 50 workshops and seminars on business topics from Leadership, Marketing, Sales to Recruiting, Human Resources and Flexible Work Arrangements. They have a particular focus on helping women business owners, both corporate executives as well as small business owners.
OUR HISTORY
Pandi speakers are regular keynotes for non-profits, corporations and women's interest groups. They belong to the Women Presidents Organization and IWEC Foundation. Peggy sits on the Board of Directors of Paraveda and Sandi is a member of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and is on their Nominating Committee. They have numerous awards, have been featured in several top magazines, and co-authored a book, Black and White Strike Gold, which can be found on Amazon.com.

INTRO CONSULTATION
Pandi offers a complimentary one-hour service to assess the objectives of your workshop. After this initial consultation, they create a proposal to deliver a custom workshop for you, or to update an existing workshop to reflect the needs of your team.
HOURLY SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
They are available on an hourly basis to deliver keynote addresses on how to re-enter the workforce, develop a company's culture, or how to build your personal brand within a corporation or small business.
WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS
Offers include a complete service of meeting with your constituents to assess their needs, creating a keynote address of the identified pressing problem, and then follow up with a customized workshop to engage those constituents, like employees or board members, to address the issue.
